Megan Hathcoat, MSN, APRN

With over 26 years of experience in conventional acute care medicine, Megan has witnessed firsthand the limitations of the traditional “sick care” model. Driven by a desire to deliver more proactive, root-cause–focused care, she advanced her education by earning her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).

Megan completed advanced training through the BHRT Training Academy, specializing in men’s health, male hormone optimization (testosterone replacement therapy), and sexual health, and continues her education through HRT University, where she studies advanced hormone optimization for both men and women. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care supported by precision diagnostic evaluation.

With a strong passion for micronutrient optimization and cellular health, Megan also holds certification in IV Vitamin Therapy through Intellectual Medicine University.

She remains actively engaged in a national community of healthcare providers, participating in ongoing case discussions and continuing education to stay aligned with current, evidence-based clinical practices.

Megan continues to get peptide training through SSRP (Seeds Scientific Research & Performance).

Megan believes exceptional outcomes are achieved through collaboration. She works closely with a trusted network of Registered Nurse Coaches, Fitness Professionals, and Phlebotomists to support comprehensive, patient-centered care plans tailored to each individual.

Her commitment to lifelong learning and whole-person medicine allows her to deliver thoughtful, personalized care focused on optimizing health, performance, and long-term wellness.

Cathy, RN

Cathy was born in Omaha, Nebraska. As part of an Air Force family, she moved around the world before settling in Alaska in 1990 and she has loved calling it home ever since. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Cathy has spent most of her nursing career working in Orthopedics and Communicable Diseases but she later discovered a passion for hormone health, optimization, and longevity medicine.

As a dedicated registered nurse, Cathy works closely with patients undergoing hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and metabolic health treatments, ensuring they receive safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey. She is committed to educating patients, answering questions, and helping them feel confident and supported as they work toward improving their health, energy, and overall quality of life.

Known for her approachable demeanor and attention to detail, Cathy is passionate about helping individuals build lasting health and sustainable vitality.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and their dogs. As a family, they love to travel, hike, bike, and fish. Cathy has also developed a love for reformer Pilates for its mental health benefits, as well as its ability to improve core strength, muscle tone, spinal stability, and reduce back and joint pain.

“One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is hearing patients share how their quality of life has improved - from having the energy to be present with their spouse and kids after work to feeling stronger in their workouts and finding relief in pain or reaching their goals with the help of peptides.”

Kellylee Mann, RN Health Coach

Hi I'm Kellylee, a nurse (with 11yrs experience) who has a passion for helping people. Through my years of bedside nursing I saw and still see how broken our healthcare system is. Nurses don't have the time to spend hours with each patient educating them on their illness (what led them into that hospital bed in the 1st place) and doctors unfortunately are not educated more than a couple hours in nutrition because lets face it, its all about big Pharma. So I decided to become a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and certified nurse coach ontop of my bachelors degree in nursing to help people live an all around well balanced lifestyle. Health=longevity. I'd love to help you in any way I can, whether that is setting you up with a workout plan, helping you research your diagnosis, or guiding you in nutrition.
