Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment for individuals with clinically confirmed testosterone deficiency. TRT is intended to restore testosterone levels to an optimal range by supporting overall health and quality of life.

Patients experiencing symptoms such as persistent fatigue, reduced libido, decreased muscle mass, mood changes, erectile dysfunction, or difficulty concentrating may be candidates for therapy following a comprehensive medical evaluation and laboratory testing.

Our clinic provides TRT through an individualized, evidence-based approach, which includes:

Payment Information

TRT services at our clinic are offered on a monthly membership basis and are not billed through insurance.

• Complimentary Consultation Call required (unless you have recent labs within 6 months)

• $275 Annual Comprehensive Lab panel-an extensive once-yearly evaluation assessing kidney and liver function, cholesterol, insulin resistance, vitamin D status, metabolic health, and key biomarkers to ensure your therapy remains safe, effective, and fully optimized. It’s more than your “preventative insurance labs”.

  • Mobile phlebotomy included with professional lab collection brought directly to your home or office — because optimizing your health shouldn’t require rearranging your entire day

  • If you have had recent hormone labs (within 6 months) you do not need another lab panel.

  • Follow-up lab panels are included in the monthly membership

• $200 Provider Consultation- Medical telehealth consultation including comprehensive lab interpretation, clinical assessment, and individualized treatment recommendations

  • Fee can be applied toward the first month of membership upon enrollment.

• Erectile Dysfunction medications / Thyroid medications (as needed) - additional medication cost of $50 per med is applied to monthly membership

$99 TRT Optimization Program — after 12 months on therapy, most men reach stable hormone levels and require fewer check-ins and labs. At that point, your monthly fee drops to just $99, giving you continued medical oversight, ongoing prescription support, and professional guidance — while helping protect both your health and your wallet. Annual labs are still required, and discounts on speciality services are not included in the optimization program. The 3 sick visits are not included in the optimization program.
